I was expecting more people at #FOSDEM to have Farcaster accounts. So far I hear a lot of people talking to me about Matrix chat accounts...  and of course, Mastodon is famous, with the open source crowd ditching X at large

There was a web3 devroom in the virtual fosdem during Covid. Guess it was a once off. 

In addition, web3 folk also hang around cryptographic proofs, around things like ensuring your videos are really you and not AI generated, within webrtc.
