Citrus Lavender Danish from Superba Food and Bread in LA layers 7/10 - I suspect some temperature issues Lavender Cream 7/10 - not enough cream, lavender is well balanced by itself but the citrus overwhelms it and the cream is located under the citrus Overall 7/10, good ingredients, but baking technique is subpar
