Dealing with biweekly payroll data and becoming rapidly convinced that the year should have 13 months. 52 weeks = 13 months of 4 weeks each = 28 days per month. So many annoying datetime math/edge cases disappear. There seems to be some good prior art for it: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Fixed_Calendar
