nope! this one. same team as persona. a little older. its kinda their take on Pokemon except demented lol.

Shin MEgami Tensei was done before pokemon ;) Pokemon is highly influenced by SMT series. And this is such a great game - but make sure you play te HD edition as it's easier! ;)

I truly enjoyed the mechanic of convincing demons in SMT, lol. I had no idea Pokemon was influenced by SMT. Thank you for the tip 300 $degen

yup, there is an awesome article on the whole SMT series - updated on 2010 so missing a lot but still a great read on the series past - http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/megaten/megaten.htm. If you want recommendaitons for the top 5 games - can do one.
