First time I did hyperbaric oxygen in 2023, been doing it bi-weekly since then. Well worth the costs with the benefits I’ve had for my skin and joints. And also saw CRP drop significantly. I cancelled my Netflix and Disney+ to compensate. Great to see @bryanjohnson seeing benefit.
