(Not a lawyer and this is not advice, rather conjecture at best) 

Hesistant to say its positive because there was nothing indicative to me of a ruling on the token itself as a security but rather its distribution. Was good to see that the process of 'blind' matching of buyer/sellers was not an IC though.
