Hahaha yeah heres the recipe: stop drinking & smoking in your mid 20s, eat healthy wholefoods, avoid sugar / refined food / seed oils, dermaroll once a week, drink a lotta water, workout 4-5x a week and keep telling yourself you’re 21 forever your mind will believe it 😂
