Working on some case studies of the Live Minting / DJ Game project(s) that we've been developing with Richie Hawtin over the last few years. This was before and during the first iteration (titled Proof of Performance) at Proof of People at Fabric in 2022! "Proof of Performance is a preview of a new concept developed by Richie Hawtin which integrates live minting into DJ performances and is the start of a new system exploring new creative, economic and interactive structures in the Web3/NFT space. The audience was able to mint audio and visual memories from Richie Hawtin’s performance, as an NFT. This proof of concept explores how to issue real-time music royalties, direct from shows and streams - from Richie's system straight into the crypto wallets of the artists whose music he plays."
