If by artist you mean you make jpegs and want people to pay you money for it, I could see why you would be upset. If by artist, you mean you create valuable things across all media and mediums, then we may have just entered a golden age on Zora.

Only time will tell if these changes benefit the ecosystem. It feels like the opposite of having control over what we create. A year ago, I could launch a collection, set 1/1 pieces, make airdrops, adjust timing, or open an edition. Now, it all turns into coins. Everything evolves so quickly, often without a clear direction. Still, I’m curious to see where this leads.

Yea for sure. Crypto is a constant experiment to find bigger and bigger markets until everyone is onchain and artists and creators are doing a lot of the work.
