What’s the word for the hangover you feel after finishing an incredible book / show, when you don’t want to consume anything else because it’s not going to match up?

I don’t know, but I go into mourning. What did you finish recently that gave you this feeling?

Aliveness - it’s a gift of experience if you want to look at it that way.

There is a word in Portuguese like "Saudade" The word conveys a deep, bittersweet emotion - a mix of happiness and sadness, of wanting what you once had but can no longer reach. It's the wistful yearning for the past, for an experience or connection that has been lost, even if it was ephemeral

about to finish "the alchemist" – I would say it's a term in the universal language that does not require any words
