Ok I’ll just come out and say it.. who can explain the benefits of 1155 like I’m 5?

far more efficient for buying bulk quantities of semi-fungible tokens. If each NFT is indistinguishable from one another, it doesn't really matter what the token Id is. Instead, 1155 lets you simply update a buyer's balance to say "buyer X owns 5 of these tokens"
