yes, but the hard part is getting everyone to adopt the same platform and take the time to make the connection

All it would take is somewhere you can link your accounts, sign with a wallet after each link to prove authenticity, and a twitter integration (the hard part) to scan for degen tipping tweets

@yup already facilitates such a connection - for a different use case though
