The rate of antidepressant use among 12-25 year olds increased 66% over 6 years. Kids are the future. Just sad to see these numbers. Not sure what the solution is.

Dopamine imbalances, and, according to the study, isolation seem to be drivers. As a girl dad, I worry about it.

From my experience raising my kids, I think this is from dopamine withdrawals from technology. Even  get this when I have had a good day online.
