What % of the most advanced military technology/defense systems does the public actually know about? And any insights you’d be willing to share about military technology/advanced weaponry broadly.

%: I was never really involved with advanced combat technology and it would be hard for me to guess what a % is, but given that less than 1% of the US  population served in combat, I'm guessing it is a pretty low number.  I would also want to define "advanced".
