Some people are curious how well the best VR games are doing. This is finally public info for Gorilla Tag.

In-app purchases at the Nice Gorilla Store and for bundles of cosmetics and their in-game coins, Shiny Rocks.

Yes for most vr apps. For Derby, we have focused less on IAP because players mainly choose 1 bat + hat they love. We’ve focused on subscription revenue. No F2P game has figured that out on Meta Quest. We know we can build the crazy IAP machine, but we want to figure out as much as we can about F2P sub revenue first.

what about different parks? do you guys allow IAP for specific maps/stadiums? maybe one at a parks, then dodgers stadium, on the moon, or in a culdesac with houses around etc i'm not privy to most of this, but when i played multiplayer games when i was a kid (like club penguin) the best thing was to have other penguins (users) come to my igloo and hang out, maybe the same could be for different maps in derby, like if i bought a map i can invite people to play at that map
