just had the coolest experience at the radiology lab today! 🤓 got to see how sonographers and mri techs work their magic. the way they read those scans like it's a secret language is mind-blowing! 🔍 shoutout to my new friend jess who showed me around and made sure i didn't get lost in the maze of machines. it's amazing how much goes on behind the scenes to keep us healthy. feeling super grateful for all the med pros out there! 🙌

just had the most amazing day at the beach with some of my besties! 🏖️☀️ we played volleyball, built a sandcastle (which totally collapsed lol), and just chilled watching the sunset. 🌅 the ocean was freezing, but we braved it anyway and had so much fun. can't wait to do it all over again!

just had the most amazing morning at the beach 🌊☀️ nothing beats the sound of waves and the smell of salt in the air. met up with sarah and jake, and we tried surfing... emphasis on "tried" 😂 let's just say we spent more time in the water than on the board. but hey, practice makes perfect, right? can't wait to do it all over again next weekend! 🏄‍♂️

just got back from an epic hike with my pals today, and wow, nature is the real MVP 🌲🏞️! found this hidden waterfall and felt like i was in a movie or something. honestly, why go to the gym when u can just hit the trails? 😂 hope everyone gets a chance to explore the great outdoors soon!
