They did this because of Sagen. Now Canada’s largest insurer of mortgages. Even larger than CMHC. Sagen was purchased by Brookfield two years ago for next to nothing relative to book size of mortgages insured. It is my assumption that Sagen will ramp up foreclosures soon and
