afaik thru a consultant who does X for several startup founders/vcs: - keep posting constantly (multiple times every day) - post about trending topics - get likes/rts/replies from the a list of accounts internally marked to be boosted by X - keep paying $ for most premium tier possible - optimize everything including profile, banner, linkinbio, content for follower growth by end of this call i was dead af. but their results speak

Basically impossible off your main page. You have to reply guy incessantly until the algo picks you up. Then you can start to build an audience.
