The official roadmap of Metis is expected to undergo changes soon, with a focus on becoming a public chain integrated with AI. There is no doubt that AI will be the main theme in the coming years. Making changes now is advantageous, as it allows them to seize the initiative while most public chains have yet to recognize the importance of the AI narrative.

So my own suspicion is that the attorney has stopped this prosecution because part of her defence was to question legality and that would have brought his advice into the public domain again and there was something fishy about the way in which he said war was legal.
