33. Cherish every betting opportunity, investigate what information before betting, what problems to solve, and for what reasons to bet, all should be written down. After the investment is completed, review the whole process, what was correct, what was wrong, what was unexpected, and what needs to be improved. Record it in writing, don't just daydream.

40. Don't take risks you can't handle. Before investing, you should first consider one question: What is the worst-case scenario for this investment? Can I handle the worst-case scenario? If you can't bear the worst risk, then this is definitely not something you should do.

I won't operate like this, the native pool's weight is likely to be greater. From ancient times, project founders have given to the ecosystem little by little, but supporting oneself is the main event.

To be honest, because there are too many KOLs buying data in the Chinese-speaking region, foreigners now use this website [https://t.co/WXrMQJEgQ3](https://t.co/WXrMQJEgQ3) to audit KOLs. Generally, those with scores below 100 are not considered. So, everyone should work hard to increase their scores. There are two ways: ① Get recognized projects or internationally acknowledged big Vs to follow you ② Steadily produce content Let's strive together!!!

Also, does Monad really not value the Chinese community? No, the best proof is the recruitment of @sungmo_nad as APAC Lead. By the way, he is Korean and can speak Chinese. There are many team members who can speak Chinese, including @BoxMrChen @lulu70191243 @Harveycww @michael_lwy @jinglingcookies . There is also a Monad The 101 China Tour Workshop series has been held in four major cities: Hangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen. I believe many community members have been there. The first stop in 25 years is Hong Kong. For details, please see: https://techflowpost.com/events/detail_2795.html In addition, during this Chinese New Year, the Monad team also recorded a video, and the team said "Gong Xi Fa Cai" in Chinese instead of English! 29. Choose short-term pain for long-term gains. For example, reading, exercising, and having heated discussions with intelligent people who hold different views, listening to perspectives you might not initially agree with. 30. Deliberately analyze your subconscious. For instance, if you bought Bigtime last night purely on instinct, unsure whether it would make or lose money, after selling it the next day, you must carefully analyze what your subconscious was thinking. Even before buying, you should analyze your subconscious.

27. Seek out those who are more awesome than you, and communicate, interact, and learn from them. Reading is also a way to communicate and interact with people who are more awesome than you. 28. Listen carefully to what people who make you feel uncomfortable or uneasy are actually expressing. Don't reject, but learn from those smart people who often express opposing views.

(1/3) I've been thinking about some of my principles. I won't categorize them for now; I'll write them down as they come to mind, and I'll keep adding to them, hoping they'll be useful to everyone. This is divided into two parts: a brief overview and the specific reasons behind these principles. 1. **Do not criticize, condemn, or complain.** 2. **Never use leverage.** 3. **Be sincere with others and yourself. Don't deceive others, don't deceive yourself.** 4. **Do not boast about yourself.** 5. **Be diligent in everything.** 6. **Among any three people, there's always one who can be my teacher. Don't look for others' shortcomings; if you do, you'll find no friends. Look for others' merits; if you do, you'll find everyone is a friend.**

(2/3) 7. **Invest by spending 99% of your effort on research before investing money, and only 1% on buying and selling.** 8. **Do not envy or compare with others, as it makes life very tiring and leads to foolish decisions.** 9. **Think more when facing issues; your brain must not be lazy.** 10. **Do not be arrogant; the essence of arrogance is ignorance.** 11. **Don't play chess with bad players.** 12. **Actively connect with people you like.** 13. **Seek improvement internally. A gentleman seeks his own faults. Reflect on your own issues.** 14. **Listen more to others' thoughts, do not interrupt them while they speak.**
