Looking for a thorough, honest review of using Linux on a Framework laptop written by someone on Farcaster. I’m curious about daily annoyances, things this work great, etc. 10k degen tip @bountybot

Greetings, as a programmer, I’d like to share my opinion: Linux is ideal for developers since most frameworks and libraries are designed for Linux and its servers. However, if you are going to use your system for other tasks, honestly, Windows is the king in terms of compatibility with commercial software and games. There is an option I recently started using and it has worked wonderfully for me: installing the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) through the Marketplace. With this, you can use both the Linux kernel and the Windows kernel depending on your needs, all from the command console. In summary, if you are only going to use the system for development, Linux is the best choice. If you need a more versatile use, Windows with the Linux Subsystem is the ideal solution.
