… wait, hold on. aren’t the mints trending downward? if there was strong growth, cumulative would be an exponential or steeper curve (like Feb to mid March) and not a slowing linear line?

Cast wasn't focused on growth. Protocol rewards have been trending downwards on a weekly basis, but there have been some strong weeks. If you were to aggregate it monthly, October would have been the highest rewards distributed since May
