wen i was in the dark, and i felt like there was no issue for me, the thing that kept me going and helped me see the light again, and be the happy person i used to be was this sentence: “everything u try to do to me, is already done to u” instead of trying to get revenge or try to justify myself I decided to focus on my growth and let life do its own magic. during this time i was able to reflect on everything in my life. I accepted so much bullshit from people even though i saw their red flags. ppl will try to make u look bad for the mistakes they made but if you know ur truth no one can take it away from us two things that i know about myself is that im kind, I’ve always been too kind which led me to get bullied during my school years. the other thing is i have integrity. i will never be a different person to please others - i stick to my values and if it means losing people in my life than im ok with it.

anyways i hope this can help someone else. it takes time but eventually u will get through it and be happy again
