I didn’t really expect it, but I’m still a bit disappointed that none of the criteria have to do with Cannon/fraud proof readiness. 

If mainnet launches without fraud proofs, there isn’t much pressure to get Cannon live for another milestone, or to commit to some kind of schedule for it.
