I’d on board 5 friends to Farcaster using newcaster.org 

Then I’d send them each $10 to their new Warpcast wallet so they can try minting and buying some Farcaster native coins like $BNKR $TN100X and $MOXIE

Now that I know we are all using the same app and wallet, I can walk them through this easily or make one video.

J’ai expliqué la blockchain et Base à quelqu’un qui ne connaissait rien à ce sujet, puis je l’ai mis au défi de trouver d’autres personnes familières avec cet univers.

Nous avons ensuite échangé avec des gens dans la rue pour savoir s’ils connaissaient la blockchain, Base ou le mot onchain. À cette occasion, nous avons offert 50 dollars à une personne qui connaissait Coinbase.

I explained blockchain and Base to someone who knew nothing about it, then I challenged them to find others familiar with this space.

We then talked to people in the streets to see if they knew about blockchain, Base, or the word onchain. On this occasion, we gave $50 to someone who was familiar with Coinbase.

I’ll swap them in a cool meme coins package and hand them over saying: this is what it means to be a degen

1. Cover ~ $5-10 for gas fees: Help a newcomer complete their first transaction (creating a wallet, minting an NFT, or participating in a DAO). This removes the entry barrier.


2. Add ~ $40 after that: Once they successfully complete the transaction, offer them $40 as an incentive to dive deeper into the ecosystem. For example:

Adding liquidity in DeFi.

Joining a SocialFi platform.

Creating and selling their own NFT.

Investing in a token/project that interests them.

I'll ask my customer to do crypto payment in my next sales of leather goods, and teach them personally how to do crypto payment and tell them the benefits. 
Even just bring 1 more people onchain, but I'll make sure they understand completely about what is onchain.

I will buy a mic to help me in getting a better audio while making my onboarding content.

I capture audio by holding a mobile phone for now.

I'd use $50 to onboard a friend by covering their first gas fees + gifting them an NFT that teaches them how to navigate onchain spaces. Education + engagement = retention!
