I’ve been impressed with the Ronin team’s building and hiring across different countries, where there user base is growing.

What’s base strategy to increase engagement and adoption beyond current regions of adoption.

Does it happen naturally or with a direct strategy?

the core team is primarily based in the Americas right now, but we are working to change that. 

just made our first hires in Europe and are actively hiring globally right now. 

this is probably the biggest baked in bias we have and I'm very focused on fixing it. 

base is for everyone and we need to reflect that.

beyond hiring, we are doing a ton of work to support base communities popping up around the world. 

ex 1: @yele.eth has been instrumental to building a deep base ecosystem on the African continent. I spend a lot of time specifically focused there both because it's a huge opp and bc my brothers live and work there!

ex 2: over the last few weeks, we've sent pizza to tens of countries all over the world to support frame hackers. we also have hundreds more events lined up, all over the world.
