the lesson I keep learning is that it's never as good as it seems and it's never as bad as it seems and that as a leader it's my job to keep us going through everything there are so many emotional rollercoasters in building base and I am constantly trying to keep myself level and grounded for the team and ecosystem

Definitely agree that balancing highs and lows is key as a leader (and it can be challenging at times). Any specific steps you take to stay grounded?
