Going to draw a winner before the /perl  deadline tonight.

Has anyone built a frame that randomly selects a raffle winner? 

(Criteria for eligibility: liked and followed a cast.)

oh you don't even need chainlink, just use the message hash that posts the frame as "randomness" and then mint the result to an NFT (with the index and full list of qualifying FIDs in the metadata).

Ooh, post to chainlink VRF (on @base?) and use the index on all eligible users.

Hmm would need to filter by all likes within the time requirement. Doable! But probably not by today.

Put in the url, get the winner and a link to a page that shows the math. It doesn't cover "following variant" as I haven't found a fast way to return entire lists of followers without pagination (maybe @neynar can help)?
