Day 18 of Fitcember - Imbalance 🫣 Tree Pose 20 sec hold each leg Side Step Holds 5 reps each side High Knee Holds 10 reps Arabesque with twist 2 reps (and many failed attempts - easiest when I straightened the floating leg and tightened my core) 2 rounds Pay no attention to the karaoke in the background…fam is waiting for me to start cooking dinner 😂
