This is the ETHBTC chart. I recommend adding this to your favourites as it's extremely useful for tracking where crypto liquidity is flowing. 

To me this chart looks like it is very near bottom and my base case expectation is that it should turn bullish shortly.

What this would mean in real terms is a flow of liquidity out of Bitcoin and into Eth and alts.

First target would be to backtest the 200 EMA from below.
