People want you to build awesome shit for *the community* but if the community's level of commitment is limited to sharing memes if they happen to see them what the hell is the point of doing all that work *for the community*? 🤔

I think the term "community" is thrown around quite loosely. 

Many folks in this web3 space seem to be speculators that "join" for token prices, but community members put in work to help regardless of price.

We need more community and less spectators, imo.
