Startup founders: 1. Be real with your expectations. Some of you need to hire a staff or principal. And that's ok. 2. Passion is great but it still takes time to cultivate skill. If you cannot wait, please hire a senior dev.

At ETH Denver, a CTO said that they would rather hire a junior dev with passion than a senior dev. Can we please stop lying to devs? These types of CTOs also fire junior devs when a bug is introduced or a deliverable falls through due to a dev’s lack of experience.

We just launched cross chain swaps on @matchaxyz and one UX challenge is helping users find the right token when there multiple versions or abstractions. For example, networks often have native USDC issued by Circle, USDC bridged from Ethereum through canonical bridges, and USDC bridged through 3rd party bridges.

My creds: worked @ Phantom during their multichain push Biggest issue was getting derivation paths correctly. Different chains will use separate derivation paths and discovering all addresses can be computationally expensive. Happy to chat more if you want, DMs open
