Hello, Boss. @humanzero /superrare I hope you're doing well. I know you're busy and working hard on the project's success, but I urgently need your help with an issue. Today marks the eighth consecutive day that I haven't been able to claim any rewards, and this is starting to worry me, although I remain hopeful that the issue will be resolved soon. On your website, it was mentioned that users suspected of farming would be removed from the claim list. I want to clarify that I was one of the early adopters who discovered the Rare project at the end of Season 2 of Degen. Unlike some other projects, I believed in this one and actively participated. I even introduced my friends from Farcaster (like @tasmani @super-nova @sonicstar @jessica78 @kittycatbaby @armin1378 ) to the project, sharing my vision of the future of digital art with them.

Through this journey, I've met new artists, made friends with some of them, learned about art, and enjoyed various artistic perspectives. I've also received valuable feedback by sharing my taste in art. There have been individuals who have been very kind and supportive of me, such as @0xkaveh @0xfarzaneh @hisartwork @jessica78 @kittycatbaby @tasmani . Additionally, I've made new friends like @siralireza0010 @hu3ein.eth @ayta86 , and I'm grateful for their friendship and have tried to reciprocate their kindness. Therefore, there might have been times when I received more than my daily allowance or sometimes less, but I don't consider this farming. If I were to go back three or four months, I would follow the same path without any regrets.

I started experiencing this issue on [Aug 1, 2024 ], and I have submitted a ticket (Ticket Number: [HELP-2515]) and sent emails, but I haven't received a clear response yet. This issue has significantly impacted my engagement with the project and my overall experience. Please review my account as thoroughly as you wish, and you will see that I haven't engaged in farming.
