Help! What are your best tips to reduce LDL Cholesterol? I’ve been consuming more meat in the last year, due to going to the gym and seeking higher protein intake. Mostly chicken though, red meat once a week.

Do you supplement with TMG? my levels did exactly this when I was supplementing TMG every day. I reduced the frequency and it got them back on track.
