Honey Cod: the outer layer is wrapped in a creamy cheese crust and baked until slightly charred, the meat inside is very tender, on its own the meat can be quite salty, but when thickly covered with a circle of white creamy sauce and red sweet and sour sauce, everything becomes just right!
