There's no good reason why the SEC should prevent ETH ETFs from staking. Staked ETH isn't a security, and investors can fully understand the risk of a staked product + decide for themselves if they want to take that risk. It'll take a while, but this is "when," not "if," imo.

Agreed, there is no good reason for the SEC to block ETH ETF pledges. Pledged ETH is not a security and investors are able to assess risk and make decisions on their own. The future is here, it's just a matter of time.

Let’s just wait till November. Old Mc Donald will be more friendly regarding crypto. With the current government and head of the SEC there is no way for more complex etf products.

I wish Europe ETPs with Ethereum staking would see it like that...but no! They are classified as complex products, which means interested ppl have to do demonstrate knowledge about warrants, options and more to get access to them.
