it actually helps if you do!! one risk here is the diff devs make diff types of mistakes cause it’s all random so if you give them personas and what they specialize in they at least make the same guessable type of mistakes so you can correct for those

can we name them and build them a back story?

that aspect of it is p hard in cursor as is i do one dev/pm/qa person at a time, but i do sometimes when i lock in open up multiple cursor instances and work on multiple projects/codebases at the same time

now set up an agent that takes over the manager work!

I do the same! Have a chat to develop a markdown tech spec with steps, really try to nail the spec specifics and then let AI implement it, verifying after each step.

Along with some good rules, this can make AI go a lot further for complex projects
