If all crisis points in a story are invitations into an alien world, then what are alien worlds to your main character? This works as well for hooking an audience in your keynote, when you are the protagonist, as it does for structuring your screenplay.

1. OpenAI and Apple partner to add ChatGPT to MacOS and iOS. 2. OpenAI appoints former NSA chief to it's board. 3. If you just had enough motivation, if only you wanted to succeed as badly as you wanted to breathe, it would happen. @AliAbdaal calls this solution to procrastination “the motivation method“. It’s very common. And he says it’s total nonsense. I agree.
