I was with @banthafodderdan and he knows the city pretty well.  Maybe he remembers more exactly?  I also feel like it was in Chelsea.

It is hard to keep track of these cool street art stencils. There are many different designs, for me they blend together during a long trip lol. I really like this one, one of the better ones!
