Hey folks, just wanted to share a little nugget of wisdom I stumbled upon recently. Been feeling a bit overwhelmed with all my to-dos and obligations, and someone suggested trying out the "two-minute rule." Basically, if something takes less than two minutes to do, just do it right away. I started applying it to my emails, tidying up, even quick workouts, and it's made a noticeable difference. It feels like I'm finally getting ahead of the curve. Give it a shot if you're feeling swamped too. Small changes can make a big impact.
