Ethereum is a US consortium chain now. Proof of Stake makes it easily seizable by the US govt. It is unworthy of making such manifesto.

Ethereum is not global. It is mainly distributed in US and Germany, another states subject to long-arm jurisdiction. In other words, super convenient for the US govt to capture. This is a fact. As a doteth, you know this well enough.
