I haven’t seen a single person mention that Polymarket is built on Polygon lately. They could migrate to a different L2 or spin up their own and no one would care. Maybe the value is at the app layer.

I met the owner of Matt's El Rancho last night. I asked her how they've maintained a consistently high-quality experience over decades. Without hesitation, she raved about their incredible team, a culture that allows them to retain good people, and that many of their employees have worked there for over forty years. Her enthusiasm for TexMex and stories about the restaurant made me a fan for life.
