How would you describe your ambitions for farcaster.id using other products as a comparison?

I'm personally passionate about profiles, so I was delighted to see you launch farcaster.id!

What opportunity do you see around FC profiles short-term and down the road?

A) Make it more likely for people to share their farcaster profiles on other places of distribution
B) Make it easier for users to choose and use their preferred Farcaster clients rather than that choice being made for them - for example "Share to Farcater" buttons shouldn't link to Warpcast long term

you can't buy these, and it's not a bonding curve based game :)

farcaster.id helps you share your Farcaster profile without having to directly link to warpcast or supercast or a specific app; the end user should be able to choose their own preferred app

How are these id's different from something like farcards, for example? Or are they complimentary is some way?

haven't thought about features of channel profiles much - think it should stay pretty simple. 

Whats the use case for channel directories, and when would you expect people to share them?

Just saw you launched channels - what is one of the features you're most excited about adding to channel profiles?

currently adding all full farcaster clients with publicly accessible web versions of profiles/channels.

The UI will probably change pretty soon to be a dropdown or modal to choose a client

How does @df decide which apps to link to on an ID’s page? Does he have any plans for how to handle this as the number of clients grows?
