do keto people just ignore okinawa where people's diet is 60% sweet potato and average life expectancy for men 80+ years, women 87+ years, and that has one of the highest number of people 100yo+? i just can't follow the logic of keto people if carbs are so bad why do these people live so long?

I'm a fan of High Carb, Low Fat for short term diet reset. Reheated potatoes have that good resistant starch that helps the gut biome.

That’s why it’s a short reset when I need to shake things up. Otherwise I target balanced macros 90% of the year.
