I get your point. Not everyone has a core group of close, likeminded guy friends. Being held accountable by other men is what many “boys” need today. Where they’re coming from is understandable and if makes the whole even 1% less shitty then I give it a tentative stamp of approval

No assumptions that it does, rather if at a *minimum* that’s the result, then I’d be ok with it. I haven’t been and can’t comment on the structure but my hope is there’s some redeeming lesson from the experience.
