McCain saving the Affordable Care Act will always put him near the top in my book. He didn’t have to do that, bucked his party and was vilified for it. Honestly, he might be number 1 for me from that action alone.

Clinton was up there based on her work before 2000, so maybe she should be lower? She passed the children’s health insurance program as First Lady which has significantly improved the lives of children.

Romney was a catalyst for the ACA from his work as Gov. so that gave him a boost. 

I usually lean D but will support a candidate if they put constituents above their party
