Hi @dishand, I got a quick clanker fees related question: For projects that rely on the fees for development purposes, or for shareholding reasons, can they be shared between multiple wallet addresses, through a behind-the-doors smart contract? i.e.: I (founder) get 50% of the 0.4% fees, and dev gets the other 50% without needing to manually share them post claim, and keep track of every claim's values etc. Thanks!

Is that something done on your part, and can be done on a currently deployed token, or does it have to be done previous to launching it, by the user doing the launch? This is not a hypothetical question. Happy to move to dms if needed.

what version coin? for v2/v3, you can update the reward recipient on the clanker world page, just set it to the splits address should be able to handle all this without clanker assistance! just make sure you're signed into the deploy addr lmk how it goes or if you need any additional guidance

I updated the recipient to an 0xSplit on a v2 after good pointers from @matthew (top and bottom left) but am having issues setting it to the same 0x...6D90 split on a v3 just launched (top right) despite being signed into the deploy addr (bottom right); so any help would be appreciated! 100 $DEGEN

Sweet tysm and 10-4, it worked and everything flowed out and through the 0xSplit perfectly 👌 https://basescan.org/tx/0xad870bca5ba26d0008ddd2ec79368f411d7929d1ceb674b2652883d15c1ea3e4

sorry for joining the party... is this all i have to do to set up a splits address? And set the below (grayed out) address as the receiving address for clanker fees in clanker.world?

I’m not totally sure I fully understand what exactly you’re trying to achieve, but in the surface yes - that should be it! I’d just double-check your Contract Network is Base (1), your Controller is in fact You (2) and IMO best to keep Distro Bounties on (3); but I love configuring experiments with this type of stuff so don’t hesitate to DM me if I could be of more help!

one more question @jasonmeinzer : Updating the reward recipient can be done multiple times, even if i have no acces to the recipient address? Or, if i update the clanker reward recipient as the splits' addres, will the rewards be split automatically?

Good question to verify with their team, but as I understand it, the Reward Recipient can be updated multiple times as long as the updater has access ie is connected with the deployer address (see bottom-right of my prior screenshot)… Regarding automatic splits, that could depend on configuration - which is why I often default to keep a Controller and Distro Bounties on so as to keep my options open and mitigate immutable configuration risks… because otherwise Distros may in some cases need to be manually claimed by recipients.
