Additionally, I'm not convinced the issue at auction is the fact people have to attend an auction. Most valued and aligned people will want to celebrate the winning. Think it's an over spend to drop this level of funding on an action for the 1% of nouns-aligned people. While you also are giving it to the big bad people you claim to be stopping.
