Decentralizing channels work in progress

We're planning a 2 phase migration for decentralizing channels:

1. Clean up Warpcast-only channel features — next week or so
2. Decentralize into the protocol — 2-3 months

Decentralizing channels is a big deal. One thing that would be cool is enabling developers to experiment with and alter the cast format for a channel (eg a long form cast).
