This tracks! A nuance I’ve found when building our Nouns client is that communities will fork into multiple channels/sub-communities. So personalization needs to include and track a set of channels.

@rubinovitz making Cast Overflow at Farhack is a strong example of channels becoming their own corners. Took me a good second to realize it was /dev with how focused it was
